The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and streamline all aspects of warehousing, logistics, and procurement processes. This position is critical to ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently, particularly in the fast-paced environment of a startup. The ideal candidate will be self-organized, proactive, and prepared to handle a substantial workload with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products in collaboration with Global Logistics Manager Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods, working closely with procurement team in Belgrade and China. Key categories: car parts, microelectronics, metal/plastic manufactured parts, IT equipment Manage logistics partners and ensure the timely, cost-effective movement of goods from suppliers to the manufacturing sites (Taiwan, USA) and onward to customers/operation locations Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, production, document support, to align logistics and procurement activities with business needs. Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability of products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations that may impact logistics and procurement operations. Requirements: Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and procurement, preferably in tech companies or fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Proficient in inventory management and logistics software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Familiarity with task and project management tools (Jira, Youtrack and similar) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
