Job Title: Physician Job Specialty: Otolaryngology Job Duration: 13 months Shift: Day - 5x8 - 9 am - 5 pm, 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Not specified License: Must be board certified or board eligible Certifications: - BLS (Basic Life Support) required Must-Have: - General Otolaryngology skills: Required - Surgical skills: Required - Endoscopic procedures: Required - Septal procedures: Required - Sinus procedures: Required - Laryngoscopy: Required - Tracheotomy: Required - Thyroidectomy: Required - Extended parotidectomy: Preferred - Rhinoplasty: Preferred - Complex head and neck skills: Preferred - Facial surgery: Preferred - General head and neck skills: Required Job Description: - Provide coverage for 7-10 days per month, including clinic and call coverage. - Manage a patient load of 14-16 office patients per day. - Call schedule is 1:4 and includes trauma call responsibilities. - Work within a Level 2 trauma facility. - Perform both pediatric and adult patient care. - Engage in clinic hours from 8 am to 5 pm. - Conduct procedures, including but not limited to, sinus and septal surgeries, laryngoscopy, and tracheotomy. - Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days. - Lodging recommendations include nearby hotels such as Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, and Hotel Marshfield. - Nearest airport for travel accommodations is Central Wisconsin Airport.
