Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Charleston, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/12/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel MUST START BETWEEN NOV 11 - DEC 11 MUST WORK 48 HOURS PER WEEK 8 Week Assignment No Holiday RTO - Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day 4S CV Med Tele RN 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float Orientation held every other week on Thursday Unit Info: Pulmonary (16 monitored pulmonary/card beds), medicine, cardiac, med/surg adult and geriatric age range. A full telemetry floor with centralized monitoring with a tech. Ratios: 1:5 Skills Req: Cardiac Tele/Telemetry experience required Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: Yes - if experience requirements met Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS Can be floated within scope if needed Manager cannot guarantee blocked schedule requests 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license 36hrs guaranteed RTO Restrictions: none - just discuss with manager during interview Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
