In this entry-level sales role, you'll be at the forefront of driving customer success while laying the foundation for your career growth in tech sales. What You'll Do: Engage with Clients: Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges through proactive communication, providing preemptive solutions to improve the customer experience. Identify Growth Opportunities : Work closely with customers to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities, driving revenue by introducing additional features or services. Expand Accounts: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, aligning strategies with clients to ensure mutual success. Manage Adoption Metrics: Monitor customer usage, proactively addressing adoption challenges and following established sales processes to drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion strategies. Build Strong Relationships: Develop high-quality relationships with customers, recognizing that strong connections directly correlate with achieving your sales goals. What You'll Learn & Do: Gain a deep understanding of Kaseya's products, their value propositions, and how to effectively communicate their benefits to customers Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices, providing tailored sessions to ensure they're maximizing the value of IT Complete™. Collaborate with specialists and cross-functional teams to engage customers, drive product adoption, and create customized action plans for success. Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product improvements and customer experiences. Contribute to onboarding new clients, driving proactive product adoption, and supporting continuous customer success. What We're Looking For: Recent Graduate (Graduating in December 2024, May 2025 or have recently graduated), or with 1 year of relevant experience or internships in sales. A passionate, driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment and earn substantial commissions. Inside sales experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting is a plus. A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals. Highly coachable, resilient, and competitive with a go-getter attitude and a determination to excel. A team player with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, or comfortable managing leads, opportunities, and accounts. Ability to create sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-week basis. Why Kaseya?
