Construction Project Scheduler

Title: Construction Scheduler Location: Charleston, SC Pay: $120k - $150k bonus & vehicle allowance Type: Direct hire, full-time Reports to: Project Executive Relocation assistance available Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules for upcoming construction projects Utilize scheduling software and techniques to create detailed project plans Create comprehensive project schedules including all tasks, milestones, and resources required for successful project completion. Monitor project progress monthly against the established baseline schedule Provide updates to project schedules as needed Identify, anticipate, and mitigate potential schedule risks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Six (6) years of vertical construction scheduling experience (hospitality and/or multi-family experience is preferred) Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and similar programs Certification in scheduling (e.g., PSP, PMI-SP) is desired Working knowledge of construction drawings, costs, and principles All applicants must pass drug screen and background check to be eligible for employment
