Construction Superintendent – Tilt Wall Location: Houston, TX Are you a skilled Superintendent with a passion for industrial and aviation projects? Our client, a well-established Houston-based General Contractor, is looking for a Superintendent to join their team. Specializing in ground-up construction, including tilt-wall and PEMB, they deliver high-quality projects across industrial, distribution centers, and aviation sectors. Candidates with solely multi-family or residential experience will not be considered Construction Superintendent- Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of ground-up projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations Drive a positive team culture, leading by example and fostering collaboration among project team members Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including holding a current OSHA 30 certification Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors Construction Superintendent- Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects, ideally in industrial, distribution, or aviation sectors Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage a high-performing team Strong knowledge of tilt-wall and PEMB construction techniques OSHA 30 certification required Construction Superintendent- Application Process: To apply, please submit your Resume and a project list highlighting relevant experience.
