Job Title: Lead Production Supervisor Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 Location: Reno, Nevada Industry: Manufacturing Core Function: The Lead Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, motivating, and overseeing the Production team, including Production Supervisors, to ensure daily production efficiency goals are met and maintained. Key Responsibilities: Safety and Compliance: Drive safety and food safety initiatives across the production floor. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve mechanical, operational, and technical downtime issues. Production Scheduling: Oversee production scheduling to ensure timely completion of orders. Cost Management: Collaborate with the Production Manager to manage direct labor costs and improve overall production throughput. Additional Duties: Carry out other duties as assigned to support production goals. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered. Experience: 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Proven experience in blown film production is essential.
