Job Title: Residential or MF Project Manager (Framing Company) ESOP Location: Inland Empire Total Comp Range: $80-130k with base plus incentive plan. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale framing projects, ensuring project goals are met in terms of scope, quality, and schedule. You will oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, working closely with site superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee framing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure the smooth progression of each project. Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resource allocation, and address any challenges that may arise. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations. Review contracts, proposals, and project specifications, ensuring full understanding of the scope of work. Ensure adherence to project budgets and manage cost controls, identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality. Provide regular updates to company leadership and clients on project status, addressing any concerns proactively. Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on framing projects. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience. Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale framing projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and framing techniques. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and subcontractors. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite. OSHA certification is a plus. What We Offer: Employee ownership through our ESOP program.
