Recruiting Coordinator (Healthcare) Onsite - Houston, TX 75% Staffing Operations/25% Recruiting QS Nurses (An Openwork Company) is seeking an outgoing and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Local Healthcare staffing team This person will manage a full desk and is responsible for both the recruiting and staffing operations of a book of business. If you are passionate about helping connect people to life-changing opportunities, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service, all while having fun doing it - this could be the opportunity for you If you are a high-performer with the drive to succeed, have an ability to make strong client & candidate connections, and can manage several moving pieces throughout a workday, we want to talk to you What You'll Be Doing: Helps source to increase candidate applicant flow and build a strong pipeline of qualified Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) Screens, interviews and onboards HCPs Manages existing Active Client and Healthcare Professional database. Communicates with clients to obtain open needs, relationship building and for diversification opportunities within Active clients. Schedules HCP’s to client facilities and ensures schedules and fill ratios are to the expectations of the client. Collects all relevant information on new clients and helps keep the system current Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are communicated to hiring team Facilitates quick initial shift placement for new hires Keeps client updated on credentialing process and communicates issues or questions (helps follow up with nursing staff if credentials are going to expire) Encourages renewals & extensions to client contacts Handles on call shifts if needed Helps with staff recognition / appreciation programs for nursing talent (i.e., birthday and anniversary cards, high five cards) Embodies the Openwork culture as a brand ambassador Maintains system documentation About Openwork Openwork is a people-focused staffing company on a mission to bring ease, accessibility, and thoughtfulness to an industry we’ve held a footing in for 50 years.
