Job Overview: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and a strong communicator who can navigate various customer scenarios with professionalism and positivity. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls promptly and assist customers with inquiries, orders, technical issues, and billing questions. Outbound calls- following up on warm leads Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary. Provide accurate product and service information, following company scripts and procedures. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Strive to meet or exceed daily performance targets, including call handling time, response accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed of product updates and industry best practices to enhance service quality. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an asset. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and support customers effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Familiarity with call center technology and customer service software. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Why Join Us?
