The Lead Electrician will be responsible for overseeing electrical tasks, mentoring team members, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and up to code. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of electricians and helpers on commercial projects. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Coordinate with project managers to plan work schedules and meet deadlines. Monitor work quality and provide guidance to team members as needed. Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed. Qualifications Significant experience in commercial electrical systems and installations. Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of electricians. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
