Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site leadership role. The Electrical Foreman will manage crews, oversee commercial electrical projects, and ensure the efficient and successful completion of installations and repairs. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of electricians, mechanics, and helpers on commercial projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet deadlines and project milestones. Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site as they arise. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to maintain smooth operations. Track and maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and site conditions. Qualifications Extensive experience in commercial electrical systems and installations. Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role. In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality results. Certification in electrical work or equivalent professional experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
