About the Role The Receptionist at SERHANT. New Development will work closely with management to provide administrative and back-end office support on the Weekends and will act as a liaison between sales team, developers, and staff for Mercedes-Benz Places – Miami . Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls Answer incoming email inquiries Provide administrative and operational support for the project(s) and to the sales agents Assist with calendar, appointment, phone calls and scheduling for sales team Respond to voicemails, emails and regular mail daily Support tracking, inquires, reporting for project Reconcile lead sources and inquires in Spark Assist in maintaining Spark tracking system for project(s) in terms of signed deals, vendor tracking, adding new building, updating commissions, etc. Assist with event staffing for onsite sales gallery events Greet all guests upon arrival (when sales gallery open) Have guests complete buyer and broker registration forms at sales gallery Distribute and collect buyer and broker registration forms digitally Collect, file and maintain all appropriate forms and documents in server and Spark Assist sales team with completing forms and documents The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written) 1-2 years of work experience in new development project Valid Real Estate Salesperson License preferred, but not required Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel Experience with CRM and Project Management tools (i.e. Spark, e-Condo, Slack, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) Be available on weekends Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Immaculate organization and administrative skills Team player but can also work independently Problem-solving
