We’re looking for motivated Electrician Helpers to join our team and grow their skills in the electrical trade. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role. The Electrician Helper will assist electricians with installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial electrical systems while gaining hands-on experience in the trade. Responsibilities Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment for efficient project execution. Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Perform basic tasks such as cutting, bending, and running conduit. Provide general labor support to ensure projects stay on schedule. Qualifications Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the electrical trade. Basic understanding of electrical tools and equipment (preferred but not required). Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical environments.
