A prominent national firm is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team in their Salt Lake City office. This position is key in supporting the team by ensuring smooth office operations, particularly in mail management, document processing, and general administrative support. Responsibilities: Process and distribute incoming mail and packages, ensuring accurate delivery. Prepare and ship outgoing mail and packages. Maintain records for all mail transactions. Answer phones, greet clients and guests, and direct them according to security protocols. Manage conference room schedules, appearances, and supplies. Coordinate catering for meetings and maintain kitchen and supply room cleanliness. Organize and file legal documents, correspondence, and case files. Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and ensure quality control. Perform clerical tasks including filing, faxing, and copying. Maintain office and mailroom supply inventory. Ensure confidentiality of records and perform other duties as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in administrative or mailroom roles preferred. Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, and general office equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Customer service experience and a team-oriented attitude. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure environments. Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly. Compensation: Up to $52k annually depending on relevant experience.
