Maintenance Coordinator

Title: Project Coordinator 1 Duration: 24 Months Location: San Clemente, CA 92673 Qualifications: • H.S. Diploma/GED Required • 2 years Related experience, preferably in customer service and/or operations. Required • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Advanced Required • Possess strong communication, customer service abilities and interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Intermediate Required • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CICS and GFMS and map reading. Beginner Required • Have basic map reading skills. Beginner Required Responsibilities: Provide electric overhead and underground corrective maintenance coordination. Provide support in compliance with overhead and underground maintenance as required by CPUC regulations. • Process work requests in SAP and CPD for work status, scheduling and monitoring job progress; coordinates job prerequisites; GO Forms, foreign utility requests, prepares maps, electronic field memos and job packages for supervision and operating personnel. • Coordinates miscellaneous work, e.g. land management, permitting, vegetation management, bee and rodent extermination, joint meets and customer access issues. • Compile SAP reports for field review, quality assurance audits, work backlog, pending and completed inspections. • Support internal and external compliance audits. Coordinate compliance work with C&O planners and construction supervisors to ensure work is completed within the compliance timeframe. • Provide back-up, as needed, for the Trench and Timekeeping areas. Lead logistics and/or district resource coordination in storm and emergency drills, respond to emergency calls and provide critical support during storms and emergency operations using SORT, ARCOS, NMS and GIS systems. • Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
