DevOps Engineer

A telecommunication consulting company is hiring for a Systems DevOps Engineer. This is a full-time, hybrid position in the greater Boston area. Salary range is $110,000 - $150,000. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a Systems and DevOps role along with comfortability working in an AWS and/or Azure environment. Proficiency in Python is required as well as Linux knowledge, CI/CD automation and a strong understanding of data (applications around data). Pluses include excellent communication skills as well as the ability to go onsite. Required Skills & Experience Strong Linux knowledge Experience with Azure or AWS maintenance Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation) and best practices. Application and System Administration experience Proficient in Python Kubernetes for Familiarity with building and implementing CI/CD pipelines IaC experience Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or other IT related field Capable and self-directed Databricks exposure Experience with administering, configuring, securing, and maintaining Windows server environments (Active Directory) and Microsoft 365 services.
