Bryan Builders LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in the Eastern United States. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Provide on-site leadership and supervision, overseeing all aspects of the construction project from start to finish. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and deliver high-quality work. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure projects are completed within budget. Create and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and milestones, and adjusting as necessary to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or potential obstacles that may affect project progress or quality. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records. Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Proven track record of successfully managing and completing commercial construction projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and coordinate subcontractors and project teams. Deep understanding of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce and promote a strong safety culture on-site. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project needs. Familiarity with construction management software Procore, Go Forms and tools. OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
