Call: STEMI & General Cardiology EMR: EPIC Support Staff: Echo Tech, Lab Tech, RN, X-ray Tech, Nuclear Tech EMR Required Training: Module (learn lessons) – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training. EMR Virtual training – Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed prior to the providers first day. Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels; Air Travel: Air Travel - Okay. Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Credentialing Information: 2- 3 weeks Credentialing with other facilities? No Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?: Yes Requirements : Active Unrestricted UT License – Required Board Certified Interventional Cardiology – Required Active BLS - Required for Credentialing Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
