Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering LMTS in Bellevue, WA: Job Duties: Led single and multi-release features, design specifications and research spikes to come up with optimal solutions with limited amount of time to deliver excellent quality features related to Cart and Checkout services for Commerce cloud customers. Solve complex problems and implement critical functionality using technical skills like Java, SQL and object-oriented programming, Rest API framework, data structures, database techniques, algorithms to come up with the best possible solution. Understand and implement modern technologies, design patterns, and Engineering Best Practices from the software industry. Understand, investigate, and solve complex customer bugs for the products and cloud. Subject matter expert and partner for the Product Manager, Architect ensuring the team's forecasts are informed and realistic. A key member in quarterly team planning where the team along with product owner, manager and engineers decide on quarterly customer requirements and come up with a line of commitment for each quarter and help manage the complexities of delivering features by slicing work items and feature epics, defining tasks, and exposing dependencies and risks. Mentor and enable other junior engineers and new hires to succeed in their role and help the team improve overall performance and productivity. Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit, Integration, and functional tests to increase the code coverage and automation metrics. Build a test plan for assigned work items before starting development work. Analyze, design, and develop test cases and implement automated test suites for the developed feature. Demonstrate proficiency using the necessary tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Docker, SQL Developer etc. and processes to debug production issues and provide fixes. Perform manual testing for various services on the company API testing platform called workbench as well as open-source platforms like postman. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering). Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) SQL; (3) PL/SQL; (4) Spring; (5) Oracle Developer; (6) REST APIs; (7) Database entities, triggers, and scripts; (8) Object-oriented methodology; (9) Understanding B2B and B2C business models; (10) ERP suite. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. Salary: $163,862.00 - $243,100.00 per annum. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
