Experience with/Knowledge of: Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Federal, state, and local procedures for corporate formations and partnerships. Preparing documents and forms as to pension plans, stock options, and deferred compensation. Preparing documents and forms as to amendments, withdrawals, and mergers and dissolutions.
