Shareholder Engagement Manager

Glen Raven Inc is recruiting for a Shareholder Engagement Manager, who will be responsible for working closely with Glen Raven's shareholders to facilitate effective communication, address their concerns, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. The role will involve developing and executing shareholder engagement strategies, coordinating shareholder meetings, and providing regular updates on company performance and initiatives. Perks and Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Short Term & Long Term Disability 401 (k) Retirement Plan and Pension Plan Wellness Program Vacation & Holiday Pay Responsibilities : Assists with management of shareholder relations, including handling requests for information, managing shareholder communications, and, along with the Secretary and CEO, nurturing relationships with shareholders and future shareholders. Schedules, plans, and executes meetings of shareholders, including the preparation of the annual proxy statement and working with the Secretary to prepare for and conduct shareholder voting. Leads the process, in coordination with the accounting and finance department, to respond to and record all stock, accounting and financial transactions and reporting related to shareholders, including the transfer, cancellation and issuance of stock certificates. Works as the facilitator/administrator for the business family council to plan and implement meetings, budgets and programs of the council, including the management of the annual meeting of the business family. Supports CEO, CFO, and CLO by directing special projects and providing assistance on an as-needed basis This role involves project management and governance support with the Secretary. Education and Experience: Minimum of bachelor’s degree 5 years relevant or comparable experience Experience working with high net-worth stakeholders Ability to effectively communicate verbally with executive leadership and all facets of an international organization Comfortable communicating with and providing support to international affiliates Discretion in dealing with confidential matters Strong interpersonal skills Ability to organize and manage projects Proficiency in all MS Office-based technology Ability to prioritize and support competing work requirements Ability to travel occasionally Quickly and effectively communicate orally and in writing. Strong computer skills in Microsoft environment.
