Strategic Budget Analyst

Job Title: Strategic Budget Analyst Location: Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour work days/40-hour work weeks Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility Job Duties: Perform qualitative and quantitative research and data gathering to identify key themes, trends, and opportunities from complex data sets. Capture, synthesize, and summarize key points from interviews, focus groups, and internal meetings, translating insights into draft deliverables and products. Develop creative and innovative solutions to client issues and project approaches. Develop accurate and complete staff documentation to support project execution and completion. Think conceptually and strategically, demonstrating critical thinking, analytical skills, and active listening. Meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, and ensure any conflicts are brought to the attention of the management team. Multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously. Experience with operations center design and improvement, mission analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, strategic planning, roadmap development, training, policies, processes and procedures, business process reengineering, organizational development, strategic communications, risk management, or Lean Six Sigma. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis. Strong ability to synthesize and summarize information from various sources. Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in developing solutions. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Ability to think strategically and conceptually. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Experience in operations center design, mission analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, strategic planning, roadmap development, training, policies, processes and procedures, business process reengineering, organizational development, strategic communications, risk management, or Lean Six Sigma. Knowledge of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a related field. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies. Experience in strategic budget planning and management.
