Graphic Designer

Loyal Source Government Services is currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, the Designer will be responsible for developing on-brand graphics around promotional pieces, advertisements, websites, blog/social media posts, email campaigns, presentations, outdoor pieces, and various other types of media. The role focuses on project-based responsibilities that includes working with all departments, as well as project managers and executive officers from within the organization. The Designer will ensure all pieces adhere to the organization’s branding guidelines, while presenting the company in a professional light, with emphasis on our commitment to excellence. ESSENTIAL AND BASIC DUTIES · Develop innovative visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for promotional pieces, advertisements, websites, blog/social media posts, email campaigns, presentations, outdoor pieces, and various other types of media · Collaborate with the entire organization to create visually appealing marketing materials that are on-brand and effectively communicate our message · Ensure that all designs meet the company's high standards for quality, consistency, and creativity · Manage multiple projects and deadlines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work · Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our designs fresh and innovative · Provide design support and guidance to other team members as needed to maintain consistency across all marketing materials REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field · Proven experience as a graphic artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work · Familiarity with building PowerPoints for business and RFP presentations preferred · Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) · Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition · Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously · Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines to deliver high-quality work on time ABOUT LOYAL SOURCE Loyal Source is an Orlando-based healthcare solutions provider that partners with federal, state, local, and commercial partners to deliver customized care to communities nationwide.
