We are looking for a seasoned Superintendent with strong expertise in ground-up and civil construction to lead our construction projects. You will manage all phases from start to finish, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and timeline standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams, supervising on-site activities, enforcing safety and quality controls, resolving issues, and serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders. What You'll Do: Oversee and direct ground-up and civil construction projects. Lead daily on-site operations and coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Manage resources, schedules, and documentation, adjusting plans as needed. Act as the main liaison for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. What You'll Bring: Extensive experience in construction management, particularly in ground-up and civil projects.
