We are currently seeking a talented and driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our dynamic team and help uphold our commitment to excellence. Job Responsibilities: As the Assistant General Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while upholding our high standards for customer service and staff performance. Your responsibilities will include: Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including floor management, kitchen coordination, and guest satisfaction. Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and train staff to ensure service excellence and adherence to company policies. Financial Oversight: Assist the General Manager in managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets. Guest Experience: Maintain high standards of guest service, address guest concerns, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all patrons. Inventory and Ordering: Oversee inventory levels and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate ordering. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies. Event Management: Assist in planning and executing special events, private parties, and other functions as needed. Problem-Solving: Act as a leader in resolving any operational issues swiftly and efficiently. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability. Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems) and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of local health and safety regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a high-volume, dining environment. Degree in hospitality management or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with event coordination.
