Litigation Paralegal Location : Downtown Los Angeles, CA Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year annually, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid - 3 days onsite, Direct Hire LHH is working with a reputable firm in seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for a professional who has a strong interest in advancing their career as a paralegal. Key Responsibilities : Assist with business litigation cases, handling all aspects from start to finish. Conduct federal and state court filings, including e-filing procedures. Manage the litigation calendar, scheduling hearings, depositions, and deadlines. Prepare for trials, including organizing exhibits, creating trial binders, and coordinating with legal teams. Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas. Perform legal research and assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence. Qualifications : 1-2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal; defense experience is preferred. Familiarity with both federal and state court systems, including electronic filing (e-filing). Strong skills in calendaring, document management, and trial preparation. Ability to draft basic legal documents and discovery responses. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A desire to grow within the paralegal profession and develop expertise in business litigation.
