Litigation Paralegal Position Overview: The Litigation Paralegal will support case management from inception through post-trial or settlement, working with both federal and state courts. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents; maintaining case files; managing document production; supporting deposition and hearing preparation; and coordinating with the Litigation Support Group for database management using iPro or similar platforms. This role involves substantial on-site work with remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities of Litigation Paralegal: Oversee case progress from pleadings through trial and appeal Manage discovery logs, document productions, and case file updates Prepare for depositions and hearings, handling exhibits and witness materials Conduct thorough cite-checking for briefs and legal/factual citations Collaborate on document reviews Requirements for Litigation Paralegal: Ability to meet California paralegal standards (Cal.
