Project Manager/Estimator

Responsibilities - Multifamily Project Manager/Estimator Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. The Project Manager will be responsible for performing project buyout for major trades. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture. Qualifications - Multifamily Project Manager/Estimator: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred but not required. Previous experience as a multifamily Project Manager or 3-5 years in an Assistant Project Manager role. Previous experience managing multifamily, hospitality, senior living, or student housing projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Proficient in project management software and tools.
