Travel Nurse RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - $2,547 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Falls Church, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/23/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel WILL BE REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO INOVA LOUDOUN 30 MILES FROM FALLS CHURCH (FOR FULL SHIFT, NEVER MID) 36 or 48hr guarantees Certs: BLS (must be AHA), NRP required. STABLE preferred, 2 years experience, Must be able to titrate drips, Must have level III or IV NICU Experience Must have level III or IV NICU experience. Level 3 must include small baby experience and at minimum comfort with NIPPV SIPAP CPA (with no support needed) Must have 2-3 years of solid level III or IV NICU experience Must have CPAP/bubble cpap, siPAP experience- Prefer vent, oscillator/jet experience (please note how much experience with these) Would prefer experience in 40 bed units and above- our NICU is very fast-paced & tends to have high acuity- you should be comfortable hitting the ground running Ok with first time travelers Must have EPIC experience- need of little to no guidance with charting Must be comfortable with most levels of acuity Must be prepared to take most level of respiratory support without any support from another team member (CPAP, SiPAP, NIPPPV)- should feel comfortable caring for & changing gear without guidance EPIC REQUIRED About Focus Staff Focus Staff is a travel healthcare professional staffing agency.
