Travel Certified Surgical Technologist - $1,981 per week

Certification Details Certification in Surgical Technology required BLS (AHA) needed CO Surgical Tech (DORA) necessary NBSTSA or NCCT Certification preferred Proof of Flu Vaccine - No Exemptions Accepted. Job Details Valley View has brand new studio apartments available literally 1/2 block from the hospital for $1700/month (studio) $1900 /month (small 1 bedroom) - includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry room and fully furnished. Available to Travelers during their assignment. Schedule is 1500 - 0300 (working 3-12 hours shifts/week) no call. Duties: Assists with vaginal deliveries under the direction of a Registered Nurse and provider and within scope of practice. Functions as a Scrub Tech for surgical procedures. Maintains supplies and equipment on the unit. Assists with maintenance of Point of Care Testing and High-Level Disinfection equipment. Performs clerical and business support tasks as assigned. Job Requirements Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program required Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Certification as a Tech in Surgery (CST) from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association Current registration with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a surgical technologist for associates working in Colorado required.
