At Fulfilment Technologies and Robotics (FTR), we are looking for a dynamic System and Support Engineer to join our team, where innovation meets functionality to transform customer experiences. This role involves a blend of troubleshooting, creative problem-solving, and close collaboration across engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions and an enhanced customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support and resolution for escalations related to our cloud services and edge device fleets. Troubleshoot issues across AWS cloud services and edge devices, including software and network problems. Write and update documentation such as guides and runbooks for system support. Analyze CloudWatch logs and manage edge devices using AWS Systems Manager (SSM). Engage directly with customers to resolve technical issues and escalations, while also identifying opportunities for product improvement. Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AWS services (particularly Systems Manager, CloudWatch, Lambda, and API Gateway) Proficiency in Linux OS and basic networking concepts.
