Mid-Weight Interior Designer: LA OPPORTUNITY

Job Description: Junior to Mid-Weight Interior Designer Location: Los Angeles, CA Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per annum Availability: Must be able to start within 2 weeks We are seeking a talented and driven Mid-Weight Interior Designer with a strong background in multi-family and commercial (hospitality) projects to join a design lead team in Los Angeles. This role requires a design professional who excels in high-end , detail-oriented work and can demonstrate a clean, clear and organized design process . Key Responsibilities: Design and manage multi-family and commercial (hospitality) projects from concept to completion. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and renderings to clients and stakeholders. Produce detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD. Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction. Source materials and finishes, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets. Maintain organized project documentation and communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven Experience: Strong background in multi-family and commercial (hospitality) interiors, with a portfolio showcasing high-design projects. Technical Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD and skilled in rendering software. Must possess FFE sourcing expertise and the ability to create detailed millwork and custom design drawings. Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and highly organized, with excellent time-management skills. Collaborative Personality: A positive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Location & Availability: Based in Los Angeles, or able to relocate immediately. Must be available to start within 2 weeks.
