Finance Associate Attorney

Debt Finance Associate NYC, DC or Charlotte, NC (hybrid) Join one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, as a part of their award-winning Capital Markets practice. You will provide debt financing solutions for fund sponsors and fund investors, including collateralized fund obligations, rated note feeders and NAV facilities. Candidates should have the following qualifications: Prior work with private equity fund sponsors or lenders to such sponsors and prior knowledge of (or interest in) structured finance and capital markets Experience reviewing private equity fund documents, drafting debt financing documents (including ancillary documents), managing transactions and working on a deal team. JD from a top law school (T17 ideal) and 2 years experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or elite boutique COMPENSATION Base salary starts at $235,000 for 2 years (firm follows Cravath scale).
