The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in general corporate matters and commercial transactions, including knowledge of the various types of corporate entities, drafting basic corporate organizational documents, and some exposure to contractual matters. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and be admitted to the Texas bar. Compensation for this role begins at $180,000 and varies by experience.
