Lateral Link is assisting an AmLaw 200 firm seeking an Associate to join its sophisticated Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate and real estate financing, specifically purchase and sale, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey review, zoning, permitting and entitlements, and/or representation of borrowers and lenders. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and be admitted to the Texas bar. Compensation for this role begins at $180,000 and varies by experience.
