Our client, a well-established mid-sized law firm, is seeking a talented Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. What You Can Expect Location – Boston, MA Industry – Legal Services Work Type – Permanent Main Responsibilities as a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney Represent clients in construction-related litigation, including contract disputes, defect claims, and lien enforcement. Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements. Provide counsel to clients on risk management, compliance, and regulatory matters related to construction law. Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda. Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal team members to develop effective case strategies. Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in construction litigation or a related practice area.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar; additional bar admissions are a plus. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with construction industry practices and terminology is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Why Apply?
