Construction Project Manager

Job Description: They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in retail, grocery, or industrial construction, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial, retail, grocery, and industrial construction projects. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate all phases of construction, including pre-construction, permitting, and closeout. Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project status and milestones regularly. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during construction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial, retail, grocery, or industrial construction sectors. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent. PMP certification is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary within the range of $90,000 - $130,000.
