These jobs won't last long Job Requirements Must have experience in MedSurg acute care setting 2 years of experience required Schedule Information 12 hour shifts 36 hour guarantee with no cancellations Additional Details Support staff on unit: Tele techs, charge nurse, HUCs and PCTs Nurse to patient ratios: 1:5 days; 1:6 nights; 1-4 peds -also based on level of acuity Nurse managers don't provide patient care, but they do rounds Float to all MS units and ICU (taking MS overflow patients) Any color scrub Scrubs not provided
