Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and skilled Commercial/Business Attorneys to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide sound legal advice to clients in various industries. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Advise clients on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Represent clients in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Participate in client meetings and provide strategic advice on business matters. Assist in the development of business strategies and risk management. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the VA Bar. 2 years of experience in commercial litigation. Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and business transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
