As we continue to expand our footprint, we are excited to bring on a skilled and driven Project Manager to help us manage our rapidly growing backlog of multifamily projects throughout Massachusetts. Job Description: As a Lead Project Manager , you will oversee and manage the successful execution of multiple large-scale multifamily construction projects from start to finish. You’ll be a key player in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence while ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be critical in guiding project teams, collaborating with clients, managing subcontractors, and driving project performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives. Lead and mentor project teams, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment. Oversee the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and managing project costs. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and resolving any issues or concerns. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes, safety standards, and environmental requirements. Review and approve all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, submittals, and invoices. Monitor project progress and conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and schedule adherence. Manage project financials, including preparing and maintaining project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges and driving solutions. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership, clients, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically with large-scale multifamily construction projects. Proven track record of managing complex, fast-paced multifamily projects from pre-construction through completion. Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). LEED accreditation or similar sustainability certification (preferred).
