Corporate Accountant - Account Payable

Corporate Accountant - Accounts Payable (NJ) Bilingual (Korean, English) Responsibilities, but not limited to: • Process invoices from various locations for payment and makes good relationship with stores and vendors. • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling weekly/monthly statements and related transactions. • Document all accounts payable transactions and creating historical records by scanning documents. • Monitor SAP vs. QB/B1 interface. • Manage inter company transactions and monitoring AP/AR balance. • Manage the daily cash position to balance in-flow and outflows. • Manage fund control and review trade and expense payable. • Perform monthly closing (GR/IR clearing). • Work with internal and external auditors during review and audits to ensure full cooperation and compliance with qualified requests.
