OSP Lead Primary or Must Have Experience: OSPInsight Fully Remote Overview : We are looking for an experienced Optical Network Project Manager to oversee the planning, deployment, and financial management of advanced optical transport networks. This position involves end-to-end project management, budget oversight, and reviewing OSP Design work. Skills: OSP Organisation and Attention to details Strong communication ArcGIS / AutoCAD Team player Go-Getter Responsibilities : Project Oversight & Financial Management : Lead project timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting for metro and long-haul optical network deployments. Manage financial aspects, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts , and cost tracking against milestones. Conduct project cost estimation (CapEx, OpEx) and monitor expenses, ensuring alignment with RFP budgetary requirements for hardware, software, and professional services. Troubleshooting and Fault Management : Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for field deployments and Tier 3 remote support for production networks. Lead fault-finding exercises in lab environments and First Office Application (FOA) trials to ensure network resilience and reliability. Deployment Coordination : Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and site access, and ensure project readiness across all deployment stages. Facilitate third-party remittances, coordinate with oversea team.
