Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for proactive, organized, multi-tasking Demand Planner. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who are looking to take next step in their career to oversee full cycle of planning /supply chain processes. Demand Planner will be responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. The Demand Planner will be the integration point into the sales and commercial organization leading the dialogue each month for their respective customers and products. In addition, the position will work with Operations partners to ensure meeting service level goals for the Commercial Organization. The position will report to the Planning Director Americas of Dolce & Gabbana Beauty located in the Miami. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Manage Demand and Supply Forecasts: Review, maintain, and update demand and supply forecasts across multiple time horizons to ensure alignment with business goals and product categories. Analyze Sales Trends and Demand Drivers: Review historical sales data, research demand drivers, and adjust forecasts based on statistical models and market insights. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work collaborately with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to obtain and ensure alignment on demand assumptionson forecast drivers and action plans, particularly for new products and promotional campaigns. Lead SKU-Level Demand Planning : Optimize SKU-level demand planning to ensure accurate forecasts and minimize both stockouts and overstock situations. Continuously evaluate SKU performance and recommend rationalization initiatives, ensuring that the product portfolio aligns with business priorities and consumer demand trends. Leverage Demand Planning Tools: Use tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP to analyze data, forecast demand, and provide key insights for decision-making. (Anaplan is a plus) Coordinate with Supply Planning: Align and communicate customer action plans on inventory management and action plans based on demand forecasts with Supply Planning. Monitor Key KPIs: Track and evaluate KPIs such as forecast accuracy (Lag 2, SPP1, MAPE), fill rate, and conformance to plan, and propose corrective actions where necessary. Provide Strategic Analysis: Prepare and present strategic and ad-hoc analysis to inform leadership, focusing on brand performance, inventory optimization, and market trends. Support Product Launches: Collaborate with Marketing to forecast demand for new product launches and integrate new products into the demand planning process. Coordinate and collaborate in Pre-S&OP meetings. Identify Process Improvements: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline demand planning processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize the supply chain. Ensure Timely Execution: Meet deadlines as set by the S&OP calendar and ensure that forecasting activities are completed on time, by reviewing service levels, evaluating performance against schedule, assessing inventory strategies, supply plans, and resources. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required in Supply Chain Management or Statistics. Master’s Degree is a plus. 2 or 3 years of experience in the industry, and in a Demand Planner position. Proven experience in SKU level Demand Planning. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Data Analysis, using Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Strong organizational, decision making, and presentation skills. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Anaplan and SAP is a plus. Skills And Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in analysis with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts. Ability to handle high volume data, manual tasks, fast paced environment, comply with deadlines, and to follow instructions. Trustworthy, able to manage confidential information, and maintain a professional attitude. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process. Team player. Detail oriented with a strong organizational skill. Languages: English Fluency, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus
