Position Overview: Requirements: These are entry-level positions. Our company provides comprehensive on-the-job training, so no prior manufacturing experience is necessary. If you do have relevant experience, theres an opportunity for a pay increase About Us: We are a leading medical device company based in Danvers, known for manufacturing the Worlds Smallest Heart Pump. While this is our primary facility in the U.S., we also operate two sites in Germany and one in Japan. The heart pumps produced here are distributed nationwide and make a significant impact on patients around the globe. Shift Hours: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM Compensation: Starting at $22/hour (with consistent raises and potential for higher starting pay based on relevant experience), plus FULL BENEFITS and WEEKLY PAYCHECKS.
