Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is looking for a Financial Analyst I – International Finance & Pricing to liaise with Arthrex Business Units and deliver reporting and analysis.

Provide financial, market, and best practice insight and guidance in support of sales performance and business optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide routine and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting. Analyze financial results for accuracy, determining variance drivers and documenting performance commentary.

Perform trend and sensitivity analyses to determine potential impacts to business results. Maintain cross-functional relationships with applicable business units and participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the status of identified initiatives. Gather, organize, and present financial data for the applicable area for management reporting and in preparation for regular leadership reviews. Prepare and summarize plan vs. actual reports and variance explanations for applicable areas. Understand and monitor relevant KPIs/trends/events impacting the business and incorporate this information into forecasts and analyses. Research and resolve inquiries for assigned functional areas. Implement and support continuous improvement in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting efficiency and effectiveness. Exercise flexibility in working time or hours when needed to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners to determine and implement optimal pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability, while ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations Engage with international product managers to understand market developments and update price lists for distributors and subsidiaries in the LATAM, APAC, and OCE regions. Liaise with the GL Accounting and local Finance Teams for intercompany accounting and international reporting/budgeting activities Leverage a variety of technology platforms to analyze costing and market data in support of existing product lines, new business opportunities, and new product launches.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field is required One year of relevant work experience preferred

Specialized Skills: Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP system or equivalent
