What is the role?
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own digital lead generation strategy and execution, positively impacting our business by increasing leads across channels. You will report directly to the VP, Marketing and will work closely with the cross-functional brand team. This role will also work closely with our sales enablement team, and Salesforce admin team, ensuring that strategies of sales enablement and growth marketing are closely aligned. In this role you’ll be the expert in your field, and will be taking on existing strategies, with some opportunity to test, learn, and make recommendations. This position is located in New York City, and is part of our larger Marketing organization.
What you will accomplish:
Own SEM strategy and execution from end to end, including recommendations, optimizations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Manage website agency, maintain ownership of website including serving as point person for routine updates.
Make recommendations and ultimately implement larger website updates and optimizations, working within the Wordpress platform.
Serve as point person for onboarding new transit authorities and partners to the website, ensuring inbound links are available and working correctly on relevant websites, and recommending best practices
Partner with sales enablement to explore opportunities for outbound email strategy, including A/B testing and optimization of subject lines and templates
Ensure our products are showing up effectively across search engines
Implement best practices for organic and paid social. Work with content manager to leverage social content for lead generation across social channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram
Explore and make recommendations for additional lead generation opportunities to effectively reach small & medium size businesses
In your first 90 Days, you will: Have an understanding of Intersection and our business Work with marketing, revenue, sales enablement and other stakeholders to understand our customers, and what motivates them Audit our current SEM campaigns and strategy and make recommended changes and optimizations Become comfortable with our website and able to make basic changes In your first year, you will: Become the owner of our lead generation strategy Have a deep understanding of our business, and what content and channels drive quality leads Make recommendations for additional channels to drive qualified leads Develop an annual plan for lead generation based on learnings Work cross functionally with sales and marketing to develop content for email outbound marketing and other lead gen channels. Use an analytical lens to monitor digital marketing health and proactively recommend ways to continually improve performance. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, and position Intersection accordingly. You are awesome in the role because: You have 5-7+ years of relevant, B2B growth marketing experience, experience with local market focus is a plus You are an SEM expert You have experience with Wordpress-hosted websites, and the ability to make updates You have experience with and are comfortable working in Hubspot and Salesforce.
