Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable Cleared PowerApps Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team for a Department of Defense (DoD) project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering Microsoft PowerApps and PowerFX, with experience in managing data integrations, user access, and application performance. A Secret clearance is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
Oversee the administration and maintenance of PowerApps environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
User Management:
Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with security protocols and DoD standards.
Data Management:
Utilize Microsoft Dataverse to monitor and manage data models, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PowerApps users, addressing any issues that arise.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to application configurations, user guides, and administrative procedures.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor application performance and usage metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Training & Guidance:
Conduct training sessions and provide resources for users to maximize their use of PowerApps.
Compliance:
Ensure that all PowerApps applications adhere to DoD security standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PowerApps administration, with strong knowledge of PowerFX.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in managing PowerApps environments.
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse for data management.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and data integration techniques.
Clearance:
Active Secret clearance is required.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PowerApps Administrator Associate).
Experience working on DoD projects or in government contracting.
