Park Place St John , a Providence Life Services community, is seeking an

Executive Director, Full Time

for our community in St John, Indiana. Our mission is to enhance the lives of those we serve in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Executive Director is responsible to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the community in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The campus provides a spectrum of care options, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care. This individual must possess a sincere passion for working with seniors, as well as have demonstrated success in a leadership role, including exceeding financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a living and working environment consistent with the values and mission of Providence Life Services.

Demonstrate experience in creating and implementing services to enhance client satisfaction and well-being.

Drive successful efforts of financial management on campus.

Use corporate systems to manage campus functions and measure campus leadership against achievement of corporate standards.

Lead sales strategies/activities that achieve full occupancy.

Ensure continuity and consistency in the delivery of services.

Communicate policies, evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and coach/discipline staff as needed.

Demonstrate effective leadership skills to include coaching and developing staff to grow and contribute to the resident experience.

Conduct regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care, operations, and staff to ensure resident needs are being addressed.

Represent the facility at and participate in top-level meetings.

Make written and oral reports/recommendations to Corporate Leadership concerning the operation of the facility as requested.

Function as the campus on-site Risk Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day monitoring of client safety and risk management activities and oversee the investigation and reporting of actual or potential clinical, operational, or business claims or lawsuits arising at the facility.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related degree is required.

Indiana Health Facility Administrator licensure or qualification for such preferred.

Minimum of three years of demonstrated successful experience in a management role.

Must have the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, clients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
