We’re looking for an exceptional Sr. Strategist or Associate Director to work as a project lead within our dynamic Innovation Consulting team and to help create game-changing ideas that delight consumers and give our clients a competitive edge.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include overseeing the strategic development and preparation of SRG brand strategy and innovation work and deliverables. Strategists serve as the lead on projects and mentor and coach Strategists and Associate Strategists in their roles and responsibilities on projects. A successful Sr. Strategist/Associate Director will have superior client management skills and be able to think strategically and innovatively. They will be skilled facilitators and must have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of SRG processes to drive success. The level of the position (Sr. Strategist or Associate Director) will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
Proven ability to lead innovation and brand strategy projects, from strategic insights to creative ideas.
Strong project and client management skills and experience, including the capacity to lead multiple projects at a time (3+).
Strong thought leadership; understands the business needs and issues of our clients.
Strong creative writer and lover of all things marketing and brand positioning.
Experience successfully managing and developing teams and people.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; masters a plus
7+ years of brand management, brand consulting, agency or innovation experience
Excellent written, verbal and analytical communication skills a must
SRG moves at a swift pace. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Required aptitudes include commitment to excellence, creative problem solving, initiative, ambition, curiosity and evidence of strong work ethic.
Experience with large global brands in CPG and/or foodservice is a strong advantage.
Salary range is between $75,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.
We’re a hybrid team that regularly works from home, but you’ll need to be able to come into our Boulder, Colorado office for client engagements and team meetings a couple of times per month.
